Upon arrival at this Travelodge, your first thoughts may be "oops, made a mistake booking this one" but once inside its not too bad. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. The amenities are getting better, there's a costa, Burger King, W H Smiths and now Greggs (nice breakfast rolls).

Clean and tidy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Handy for access to a large part of South Wales as it's on the M4 at juncion 33 services which has reasonable amenities. (Costa Coffee etc.). Book early to get a cheap deal!

We were sent here after the Travelodge we had booked rooms in discovered that they were overbooked. The rooms were very shabby. Carpet was very worn out. Can confirm what the other reviewer said - there was mould in the bathroom. The bedlinen however was clean and the location was convenient for a visit to the South Welsh beaches
