We thought Plas Mawr was very clean and Tina was so helpful. Our room was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent. One little thing, a second chair would add to the comfort. more

I agree with the other reviewers about the comfort of this B&B, and the charm of the owner, but be warned - it is located right beside the main road between Machynlleth and Aberystwyth, and bedroom windows are therefore only three metres from the traffic that thunders past. We stayed in the B&B when our usual base in the area was full. It was well worth the money. Our room was beautifully decorated and the service was excellent. The choice of breakfasts was great, and the open fire in the lounge was lovely to relax in front of in the evening. more

I stayed for one night at Plas Mawr Bed and Breakfast in Eglwys Fach which is between Machynlleth and Aberystwyth. It is newly opened and the room was beautiful with a spotless ensuite.
