We have just returned from a weekend in the Yurt. I had been before but returned with my children and Husband to show them how wonderful it is. It really is a home from home! Such an idyllic peaceful setting surrounding by wildlife. No traffic noise, just birds tweeting and sheep baa-ing! Our 2 children had a fantastic time, bug... More

We stayed at the Tipi a couple of weekends ago for 2 nights. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived - defo have wellies/walking shoes ready straight away, as you need to walk up from the car along a potential wet track. The Tipi itself was very well equipped; double bed, futons, cooking equipment, cafetiere, cool box and even a... More

We choose mid wales tipis because it was rural remote but easy to find. The tipi was comfortable, equipped with EVERYTHING you need down to a cork screw. I was impressed with the mini kitchenet inside which was ideal for when it rained (most of the time) The chiminea made the tipi warm and cosy. You must borrow the row... More

Me and my partner stay'd in the yurt for two nights and we were blown away with how amazing it all was. The yurt itself is breathtaking and beautifully furnished. It was very cosy and well insulated. Within our site we had our own kitchen area, shower, toilet and camp fire. Everything we needed was provided for as well as... More

What a wonderful place for chill out and relax. We had everything we needed, the yurt was snug and warm. We toasted marshmallows on the camp fire, walked up the nearby hill and came home totally relaxed! Thanks so much for making us so welcome. See you again soon.

The four of us spent 2 nights staying in the tipi. The location is beautiful. The amenities in and around the tipi are just right for a comfortable stay. Cooking on the campfire was super fun. We will happily go back to Mid Wales Tipis again.

The most beautiful place I have stayed. The yurt was so much more than I could have hoped for and the sense of space and tranquility is immense. Steve (the owner) was the perfect host - with plenty of advice for getting the most from your stay when you arrive. We enjoyed using the boats, cooking on an open fire... More

My partner and I spent 3 nights in the beatiful teepee and had the most wonderful time getting back to nature in style. Our teepee was in a gorgeous setting surrounded by rolling hills much like the teletubby land :-) it was a perfect place to relax and get back to nature away from technology and city life. Would definitely... More

We had a lovely stay in our tipi and I will definitely recommend it if you want to get away from it all. We were only there for a weekend but managed to go for walks, bbq on the wooden fire and when it rained it was so nice with the fire inside the tipi. Such a lovely setting and... More

We have just got back from the most wonderful weekend in the yurt at midwalestipis. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. It was really clean and well set up with everything you could want including tea, coffee and a bottle of wine. All the facilities are really well maintained. The compost toilet was clean and smell free. The shower... More
