One of the most relaxed places at which I've stayed in my world travels. The setting is pastoral- literally - you are surrounded by fields of rolling hills occupied by sheep. If you are fortunate, you will be able to watch as a shepherd (mounted on his trusty ATV) and his two sheepdogs move a flock from field to field.... More

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for one night and wished it was for longer! The place is in an idyllic location with amazing views and a good distance from civillisation.... Sylvie, the hostess is perfect. We had been to the Welsh Spring Show and arrived late in the afternoon. The weather had not been fantastic, and we... More

Set in a beautiful location (even in the rain) this B&B is head and shoulders above most and well deserving of its 5 star rating. The room was more than ample size with a lovely comfy king sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, tv, chairs and stunning views of the landscape around. An updated stunning bathroom with bath and shower which was... More

Stayed here on business for two nights in July 2010. I have to say that it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean and had en-suite facilities. The vies from my room were also superb. The room also had a TV and DVD player, with a selection of films available downstairs. The evening meal and breakfast were very... More

Wonderful 2-night stay here at the start of our 12-day trip. It was the 1st of the trip and was so lovely that we couldn't help comparing it to the others as the trip progressed! Lovely views from the room - rolling plains with sheep and trees dotted all over against a backdrop of blue sky, simply lovely! The place... More

We had lunch with a party on a beautiful day. Spectacular views and delightful garden. Sylive served us delicious canapes on the terrace with spritzers. We had two courses for lunch and although the quality was superb, the quantity offered was dire! The Sea Bass was beautifully cooked but the quantity so small that it was gone after a few... More

We stayed just for 1 night, wished it had been longer. Wonderful location, really in the middle of nowhere, yet it didnt take long to get there from the main road. A renovated barn, tastefully furbished. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, the ensuite tiny, but adequate. The food is wonderful, make sure to book for the evening meal, cooked with... More
