We stayed in the hollies Lodge for a long weekend. We really enjoyed the hot tub :D The lodge was warm, cosy and well maintained although it could do with a new bathroom (carpet on the floor, quite old fashioned). On the whole though a lovely property. Reception staff were very friendly too.

My partner and I have just got back from a Monday to Friday break at the lodges with our 3 yr old daughter for her birthday, I have to say after reading a few not so great reviews about the lodges themselves I was very pleasantly surprised by the way the Lodge (Toft) was presented, If you are looking for... Me and my partner, son and nephew oh and our dog (shadow) stayed at penllwyn lodges over the easter weekend and it was bliss. It is a very well kept quiet, peaceful, beautiful place to stay for a completely chilled break. There is a pub (the nags head) which does meals and accepts dogs just up the road. The lodges... More

Stayed here with partner and dog for a long weekend in March, very relaxing atmosphere with excellent views, in a great location as near two towns which are around 7 miles away, great for walks to! There is a picnick area, golf course and restraunt on site, the staff on reception are very friendly! The cabins are of good spacing... More

Weekend away in this beautiful. Couldn't have been better. Stunning views. The lodge we got was fully equipped with cooking utensils and the kitchen even had a dishwasher. Lovely rooms Can't wait to book a re visit and try out what looked like a really sweet golf course.

we are staying in the mountain lodge, it's amazing with a fantastic view. Squirrels on the front and the birds coming down for food. If you love the wildlife and the countryside this is the place to be. Love the lama and the other little animals on site. The log cabin is old style but cosy can't go wrong it's... More

We stayed in the Pines Lodge with the misbehaving Weimaraner Izzy our 3 year old nutcase dog, she's lovely really but any owner of the breed will tell you they are almost human and don't like kennels or being left behind by their owners. The lodge was perfect, squirrels to chase every morning (not one caught) and miles of the... More

We have recently returned from a 4 night mini break from the Hawthorn Lodge and was sad to leave, If you are after a relaxing break in the countryside look no further, breath taking views, beautiful misty mornings and gorgeous sunsets, the cabin its self was clean and cosy but a little dated but when you have the views we... We recently stayed at Little Log Cabin and had a brilliant time. In fact, we didn't want to leave. Amazing views, brilliantly situated for travel and exploring Mid to West Wales, helpful and friendly staff, gorgeous location and dog friendly. What more could you want? Waking up to morning mists, cows, ducks and playful squirrels - heaven! If you've enjoyed... More
