We stayed in the Pines Lodge with the misbehaving Weimaraner Izzy our 3 year old nutcase dog, she's lovely really but any owner of the breed will tell you they are almost human and don't like kennels or being left behind by their owners. The lodge was perfect, squirrels to chase every morning (not one caught) and miles of the... More

We have recently returned from a 4 night mini break from the Hawthorn Lodge and was sad to leave, If you are after a relaxing break in the countryside look no further, breath taking views, beautiful misty mornings and gorgeous sunsets, the cabin its self was clean and cosy but a little dated but when you have the views we... We recently stayed at Little Log Cabin and had a brilliant time. In fact, we didn't want to leave. Amazing views, brilliantly situated for travel and exploring Mid to West Wales, helpful and friendly staff, gorgeous location and dog friendly. What more could you want? Waking up to morning mists, cows, ducks and playful squirrels - heaven! If you've enjoyed... More

We have recently returned from our stay in the pines lodges with our son and dog and had an amazing week. The lodge although not luxurious offered everything we needed, an added bonus of being able to take our dog with us made it even more special. We got the lodge at a great price and although the weather wasn't... More

Just got back from staying at The Toft with my wife and our dog...not sure but i think they've had new leathe sofas put in...well fake leather! Spacious, accommodating with all the utilities need to cook what ever you want, just bring your own spices..a great spot and not too near other lodges so you have your privacy. As probably... More

We have just returned from a 4 night stay in The Crows Nest. I am a travel agent so I will try to be objective rather than just give my opinion. About the site itself, I cannot say any different to what has already been written, the site is very picturesque & very peaceful. Fairly steep roads up to the... More

The lodges were nice and the woodlands were lovely ....but the lodges are very tired looking ,think they really need a good spring clean and de molding on the wooden window frames and showers, the showers did not work so you have to play around with the temperature lots of hot and then cold not sure if it was worth... We are a family of 5 adults just returned from a weeks break staying in The Squirrels Drey. I think the lodge is probably one of the older ones and in need of a bit of upgrading. The carpet, and quilt covers are faded and dated and the 3 piece suite was an old fashioned dralon type. The lodge had... More

Just returned from a stay in this lodge. The scenery in the surrounding area was lovely. The walks were varied and the close proximity to the Lakeside Golf club a massive plus. The meals here were fabulous - the portion sizes are huge! Some of the lodges in this park are old, some are new. The Pines was one of... More

Just returned from a four night stay in Sycamores Lodge. The lodge was comfortable, clean and well-equipped and the views from the windows were beautiful. My two year old granddaughter was fascinated by the birds, squirrels and rabbits we spotted around the cabins. The grounds are landscaped and have a fishing lodge with families of ducks, children's play area and mini... More
