We stayed from Friday to Sunday and arrived to a warm welcome and warm cosy cottage. Richard and Medina were lovely and very helpful. The cottage is in a gorgeous location and very peaceful. The beds were comfortable but a little on the soft side - which I'm sure may be preferred by others.

This is the second time I have been to Brandy House with my friends and my horse and loved it again!!! Perfect accommodation for both people and horses- hacking is great and this time we discovered a way to get out onto the hills without ever having to go near a road (although the road has very few cars on... We stayed from Friday to Monday, and had a wonderful break with Medina and Richard's warm welcome and scrumptious breakfasts, excellent accommodation and with good cooking facilities and such comfortable beds, topped off with the most amazing off-road hacking in the Welsh hills. 2nd time we've done this and we will certainly be coming back.

From the welcome with the pot of tea and cakes at the end of a long days walk to the breakfast and cheery departure all was perfect. My son and I were walking Glyndwrs way. this was the first stop and set a high standard. They put us up in a twin room in one of the holiday cottages. a... More

At the end of a very long day walking Glyndwr's Way, I arrived at my very comfortable accomodation at Brandy House Farm B&B. I stayed in the shed - which is an inspired wooden structure, located quite close to the main house. Shared shower/toilet facilities are small but shower very warm and I had no probs accessing as needed. Also,... More

Very nice welcome and well looked after. Our room was in the main farmhouse and was large and characterful, including the swallows nesting directly outside the window. Lovely views. We liked the honesty-box 'tuck shop' and the lounge/dining room full of books, maps and quirky oddments. The owner found newspapers for our wet walking boots and later on ran us... More

What a fantastic week. From the warm welcome with a pot of tea while we unloaded our horses to the super evening meals and crisp white bed linen. I stayed for 3 nights with my friend and our two horses. The fields, fencing and stabling were beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and clean with a modern bath room. We... More

Brandy House Farm is a beautiful farmhouse in a stunningly peaceful location. It makes you (and your horse) feel instantly relaxed. Medina and Richard couldnt be more helpful; they have thought of everything and are extremely pleasant and welcoming. I wouldnt change a single thing about mine (and my horse's!) break.

Very inice welcome by owners with tea and cake. Shown to our room- a very comfortable double room with bathroom, armchairs and TV - the Hayloft. Excellent evening meal with great attention to dietary requests. Superb breakfasts and a recommendation to a local restaurant for an evening meal.. Beautiful country side views. A great retreat.
