We went as a party of 6 to celebrate 2 birthdays within our group so were hoping for an outstanding celebration but something was sadly missing. A bit mediocre I suppose. The restaurant was really busy but I cannot find fault with the service but the parking was abysmal so glad that I wasn't driving! The food was so-so as... More

My wife Julie and I chose to have a night at The Cors. As soon as we arrived I knew this was going to be good. Nick welcomed us and I knew that the experience would get better. The whole atmosphere of the place was top notch for me and Julie. The meal was sensational and the music was fantastic... More

An unique experience, not only was the food to die for, the proprietor Nick made the effort to check our evening was a magical experience with a little aperitif/get together thrown in after our meal with the evenings residents. We certainly will be back for more!

I did not stay there but the location and building has been restored and the house is hiden behind the garden.. honest go and look if you don't believe me you can't find it?? I would like to stay there for a romantic long weekend, that would be fantastic. The food is... More

This was our first time for dinner following recommendation from a friend .We had a perfect evening the Cors is a beautiful quirky and such a relaxing place which was exactly what we needed after our long working week. We were staying at Browns Hotel in the village in view of the connection with Dylan Thomas and were disappointed at the evening menu. The Cors was mentioned as a venue for a special occasion. We were not disappointed! The Cors has a very special atmosphere and garden. If we are in the area again we will certainly staying and... More

Just returned from a weekend at the Cors to celebrate my partners birthday, it was our second visit to this little gem of a place superbly managed by a great host. That's what you get it's like staying with old friends. We honestly don't want to build this place up in case it gets too popular and we won't get... More

A stay at the Cors is an unusual experience but one not to be missed. The first challenge is to find it. Make sure you know the location before you set out because there are no signs in Laugharne to direct you and nothing to tell you you've found it except the unmissable garden. The approach to the house past... More
