Stayed for two nights while exploring the lovely countryside and enjoyed myself extremely. Great people who were extremely helpful during my stay and I'd recommend to anyone looking for accommodation including my friends and family.

This is an average B&B at best. The owner was not especially friendly and the facilities average. The price is much too high for what is provided. I was fortunate that I had called to confirm bookings since there was no record of the booking. I'm sure there are better places to stay in St. David's.

Stayed for a couple of nights while walking the Coastal Path. Our room fronted the main road to Fishguard but no noise at all. Short walk to the pubs and restaurants. Wi-Fi useful. Had a guests lounge with lovely view through large window. Very pleasant hosts. Very nice room. Great breakfast. Recommended.

Friendly welcome considering we walked in off the street unexpected not having booked. Very pleasant stay with unexpected delicacy's for breakfast. Smashing big chunks of mushrooms, properly poached eggs (directly in water) and the Glamorgan Sausage! A full fat non ersatz product to beat the meat version. Natural yogurt, muesli and fresh fruit salad for the feint hearted. Only 150... More

Excellent place to stop for one night (or more) while doing the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. My husband and I ended up basing here while doing the sections from Carferie to Porthgain. So much to see in this section, and Y-Gorlan Guest House was clean & comfortable with great breakfast and location to enjoy this "sweet spot" on the Wales Coast... More

Bit of a trip back in time to the 80's or beyond in this B&B. Plaque in the wall suggested it was 4 star, but I would have thought it was more of a two or three star. Having a small kettle and a few tea bags in the room shouldn't bump it up the scale. Only roadside parking available... More

We had a lovely welcome, very homely feel. It was in an excellent location for St Davids. The homely decor makes it feel a bit dated but this doesn't detract from the comfort of it. In contrast the bathroom seemed fairly modern, very clean and shiny. The price was a bit on the high side, but not overly so for... More

When we first visited St David's we stayed at various Guest Houses which were not up to a particularly good standard. Fortunately a friend suggested we join them in "Y-Gorlan" and we now love our annual weekend there every August where Sheila and Mike Bohlem give us such a warm welcome. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, kept in perfect order,... More

Just back from a weekend singing in St.Davids. The group was divided between here and the Coach house. To my knowledge both b&b's charged the same but are on different levels! The landlord was very friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival. The room itself was very dated. The decor was very 90's. Not really an issue because the... More

I am not sure why Y-Gorlan has such a mediocre rating because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I did not book this place myself - it was booked through our walking tour company and when I received the itinerary, I questioned the agency about staying there. Of course, the agency said their clients had no complaints. The rooms are... More
