We stay at the Coach House twice a year at Easter and October. The staff are really helpful and friendly in fact you feel that they can't do enough for you. The breakfast is cooked to order with a few choices, we always eat there on Saturday nights and some Sunday lunches. The food is always well cooked and presented.In... More

Just came across this hotel in passing as we couldn't get one in Tenby, glad we found it! Lovely hotel & staff, we decided to stay another night as it was so good. The room was a small double at the front but, it was plenty big enough for us with all our biking gear as well. The shower room... More

Booked in this weekend with some friends for a weekends diving, was first met by a lady who in a very rude manor told me to move, my car, no parking sign where on show so I politely said I was booking in then I would get advise on where to park it, I was told in an abrupt manner... More

Stayed in the annexe room for 3 nights, at the front of the property and our initial impression was very favourable. The room had been recently refurbished to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. The major drawback to this room is the noise from the road in the morning, although the windows are double glazed, and if... More

Clean. Comfortable. Convenient. What more can it provide? The notices around the reception desk are a little off putting. £100 cleaning if caught smoking. £75 for lost keys. I don't smoke and did not loose my keys but it was not exactly welcoming. If I return I will certainly have the smoked haddock and poached eggs for breakfast. My wife... More

We didn't stay in this hotel, but ate here for three nights in a row. The food was good with some excellent vegetarian choices. We found the service to be of a high standard and the staff were pleasant and amenable. By the third evening they were greeting us like old friends! I like to drink tap water with my... More

Down in Pembroke visiting friends and took them here for a meal. The food was very good but unfortunately was very badly let down by the poor service. Even when paying the bill there appeared to be only one person who was capable of operating the till and she was serving the bar and also serving the drinks for the... More

I recently visited my home town of Pembroke and decided to organise a family dinner. There were 10 of us and we chose the Coach House. The welcome we received was warm and cordial and initial drinks were quickly sorted and dispensed. After being shown to the table which was very nicely set and arranged for us right by the... More

Rooms were stunning. Staff were brilliant. You can clearly see that alot of effort is put in to the day to day running of the hotel. Alot of effort put into the up keep of the rooms. the cleaners cannot be faulted. Came back four weeks on the trot. Definitely visit again Thank you very much! !!
