We have just come back from three days at Crug Glas and it is still everything and more to us as it was when we visited for the first time nine years ago. We have been on average once a year for nine years and have watched this wonderful guest house evolve from extremely good to excellent. Janet's cooking is... more

Wow this B&B has it all! Janet and her husband are fabulous and she is an excellent cook. She has a large varied dinner menu daily and with 7 room accomodations I am not sure how she does it all. We had the honeymoon suite to celebrate our 25th anniversary and it is beautiful! A very large bathroom with jucuzzi... more

This is a superb country house hotel with stylish comfortable rooms. We only stayed one night but would gladly have stayed longer and would definately go back. All the staff were very friendly and the service at breakfast and dinner was superb. The food was great with hearty portions and some nice touches - check out the chilli jam with... more

stayed over night in the suite and I loved it. Particularly the bathroom and huge bath tub with jacuzzi. immaculate clean and comes with nice toiletries. the room itself is large and cosy and well equipped. sheets are so soft and , like towels, spotless. breakfast was amazing - not super extravagant but with the best products, homemade bread etc.... more

Stayed for 3 nights here following a wedding. Our room was wonderful, with a vast bathroom, an adjacent seating area and elegant furniture (room 2). Dinner on the first night was outstanding – Janet's cooking is in a different class to the restaurants in nearby St. David's (including the Michelin recommended Cwtch...very disappointing). The scenery in this area – the Pembrokeshire... more

Having been here before we were initially disappointed to find our room reservation changed, but when shown into the honeymoon suite on the top floor disappointment vanished. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and wonderfully done out, the welcome outstanding - makes you feel special without being in any way overwhealming - the food excellent. more

Fancied a short break to chill out and found this place quite by chance on St David's tourist info website. What a lucky find! We planned to have just bed and breakfast but decided to eat in the first night after the journey. The food was excellent and we never ventured out to eat again. I cannot find fault with... more

Just returned from a midweek break at Crug Glas. Booked after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. You need to phone the hotel direct to make a booking. This was a perfect base for exploring St Davids and the glorious Pembrokeshire coast, being a 5 minute drive to this quaint city. Don't miss the stunning cathedral and Bishop's Palace. The accomodation at... more

Booked for a birthday treat. A warm welcome from Janet and a very comfortable room with everything you could ask for. I would class dinner as top-rate home style cooking using wonderful local ingredients. Vegetables were very tasty and local lamb highly recommended. Reasonable choice of wine. Bread and Butter pudding straight out of the oven was historic! ( to... more

A fantastically characterful period property, although the house's genteel charm seems out of place next to a working farm in a particularly wild part of Pembrokeshire! We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay - loved the huge rooms, relaxing decor, antique furniture and attention to detail. Room 1 had a huge four poster bed and victorian-style bathroom, plus marble fireplace, armchairs... more
