we stayed here for a friends 40th birthday. we didn't really know what we were getting as our friend was organising the surprise party for her husband, and booked it for us. we travelled from cornwall with our dog the day before the party and checked into the round house. the feeling from the hotel and all its staff was... We chose to stay at this hotel as they were laying on a Moroccan Night. We booked a double room with amazing views out to the sea. The bed was extremely comfortable. We arrived to candlelight due to a power cut but this just set the ambience for the evening ahead. The staff could not do enough for us and... More

We stayed for 1 night dinner, B+B while walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. B+B was £50 which was very good value but the room, private bathroom and bar were filthy, the restaurant + exterior were much smarter. There's a relaxed, hippy atmosphere but that's no excuse for cobwebs, poor décor etc. Breakfast was great, dinner was overpriced and not really... More

I'd heard so many amazing things from friends about The Druidstone over many years, I doubted whether it could live up to expectations when I first stayed in summer 2012. I needn't have worried. It's an absolutely magical place and it was love at first sight. I've dropped back each summer since and I expect I'll continue to do so... More

Have been going here since my daughter was 3 months old. She now holidays here with her own family and loves it as much as we have always done. This place is absolutely unique and no amount of negativity will ever stop me going. The prices reflect the care that goes into the food which is all prepared from scratch.... More

We had a nice meal and drinks here one night in July, lots of charter and beautiful views of the coast especially at sunset. Overall the service was good, didn't wait long for food after ordering, friendly staff behind the bar and serving the food. Just watch out for the cats outside as they seem a bit feral.

We stayed in one of their cottages twice this summer and had a great time ! The place is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. We ordered our evening meals at the bar and staff brought them to our cottage. We could not eat at the bar, because our children were sleeping and we did not want them... More

Had been recommended to eat here and phoned to ask about wheelchair access for a member of my family. Extremely curt, virtual-monosyllabic answers from someone who sounded far too busy to be giving information to any potential customers. Decided, anyway, to stop by later in the week to check the access, walked in and was ignored for the full 15... More

So, you’re finally resolved in your mind to tackle some of the great literary works of the past few centuries; War & Peace? The Lord of the Rings? Homer’s Odyssey? I would thoroughly recommend The Dru as the *perfect* location for your assignment. Take one fantastic location, with an astounding beach view, stunning cliffs, a divine west-facing aspect witnessing the... More

Have holidayed in Pembs for many years, usually staying in the Little Haven area. The Druidstone used to be the only restaurant nearby that offered anything like a proper evening out. In those days we put up with its quirkiness (sometimes much of the menu was 'finished', it felt pricey for what it was and the service was glacial). Also,... More
