Had a lovely family room. Spacious, clean and tidy. Breakfast well cooked but basic. Landlady and landlord welcoming, friendly and chatty. Only a few downsides. 1. Limited checking in time. 2. The smell downstairs by the back door. 3. Smell of smoke up stairs and along hallway. Thankfully not in bedroom. 4. Butter dish at breakfast dirty. We had a... More

We stayed in room 6 which was clean and spacious, as with other reports we were restricted by check in times, which we were pre warned about. The owner seemed cheerful and chatty on arrival, but the accomdation did smell of smoke. Bathroom was clean, but hot water did take a while, and again, no proper door handle on the... More

Myself and a colleague were booked to stay at this hotel in June 2014. Booking was made through laterooms. We had a long journey (around 6 hours) to get to the hotel and due to traffic issues en-route we were delayed. Having called at approximately 8pm to let the hotel know we would be arriving late we were told that... More

Where do I start. Landlady~ personality bypass. Anything was too much trouble. We asked to move rooms due to the loud music and vile language from the bar/isolation unit!! Apparently that was not possible as they were fully booked [ unlikely as the new psychiatric unit at Withybush had opened the previous week] The rooms and I use the term... More

Here for few weeks working. The owners are a lovely couple who make you feel welcome. Messed them around with the booking of the room as work was cut short, non problems, very helpful and understanding. Very good breakfast and evening meals and a spot on pint in the bar.

this place is shocking - should be closed down, they need to be inspected by the local authority. Whole place stank of smoke - even the bed linen - VILE. I was so glad I did not have my little dog with me, the resident dog looked like it would eat a small dog for breakfast. Go somewhere else, dont... More
