We had a lovely stay in the B&B. Samantha is a perfect host. She made us feel welcome in her cosy house with her active kids. She gave us some good tips for dinner. The room and en suite were spacious. The hand soap smelled extremely good. We would definitely go back.

I will always remember Hen Dderwen as being warm, friendly and cosy! Samantha made us a fantastic Irish breakfast and nothing was too much for her. Only Ozzy the parrot was a bit stubborn. He was supposed to be talking, but he refused. "Sing for your souper Ozzy... bonjour Ozzy... ciao Ozzy"... nothing could persuade him. I tried to learn... More

Lovely B&B. located in beautiful rural Pembrokeshire. After a good night's sleep the full Welsh breakfast sets you up for whatever your visit has in store...Ozzy the parrot seems to like the place as well.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this little B&B. We were in Wales for a family wedding. Other members of my family had already booked and as I was by myself and the B&B was fully booked, I was offered a small bed in the double with my relatives for a small extra charge. This was perfectly adequate... More

A short drive up a hilly country lane brings you to Hen Dderwen (the name means 'old oak'), and a warm welcome. Parking on site. Rooms are light, airy and clean, breakfast in the kitchen is a friendly, well cooked affair. Very good value.
