Stayed for 1 night in August 2011. Excellent comfortable room with a massive bathroom! Karen was very helpful and welcoming, her welsh cakes were very good! Small indoor swimming pool in the garden, good breakfast. Quiet and relaxing despite being near the road. Would definitely stay here again! More

Couldn't find any fault with Awelfan. Karen was the perfect host, friendly, very helpful with knowledge of local area and recommendations for walks, places to eat, etc. House was spotless, room was big and airy with spacious bathroom and beautiful views. Excellent rooms and location, spacious and comfortable. My only minor niggle would be the unnecessarily stingy and rigid attitude towards breakfast choices - for example if you want oats porridge or cereal, than you cannot have any fruit or yoghurt, etc. Seems silly and such a pity. More
