We were very disappointed in our stay. The staff were very polite and we could always reach them by phone if needed but they never seemed to be visible and often hurried away. We had a couple of days on a KGB deal in April and was highly delighted with the standard of the rooms, although a little small. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening, food was simple but was cooked to perfection, most enjoyable.
