Once you have found this cottage (using the good directions proivided by the owners) you will find a warm welcome and a really comfortable room waiting for you. Fabulous location, charming property and set up thoughtfully - in all it catered very well for our needs. Most places fall short of our expectations - this B&B certainly did not. And we are not so easy to please! No reservations about recommending Plas Efenechtyd, and its hosts, to our friends. more

Really enjoyed our stay with Dave & Marilyn. They made us feel at home & were happy to get up earlier than normal on Sunday to get (their excellent) breakfast ready for our early start. We'll definitely stay with them again next time we're in the area. more

This superb little gem is ideally situated for exploring Ruthin (only 2 miles away) or getting out into the beautiful welsh countryside. Our hosts offered us a really warm welcome - the breakfast was delicious with locally sourced produce and home made bread that was difficult to resist! Tucked away in the countryside surrounding Ruthin, this B&B offers fantastic views and peaceful refuge. The friendly reception continued throughout our stay and we felt at home.
