Another night at the excellent Beach Motel. Friendly welcome, good food, warm comfortable spotlessly clean room, good sized bathroom with spa bath, proper toilet paper, need I say more? First impressions as you drive in are not good but the things that matter are brilliant.

The rooms are quite large and very comfortable. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The motel is convenient for a stopover to catch a ferry or a beach holiday. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Very helpful staff, booked at short notice on line for a 3 night stay, we were aware of previous comments about the exterior of the building so were not shocked, and the old adage don't judge a book by its cover comes to mind. Arrived during the Wales rugby game, added bonus of watching Wales win on the screens in... More

We stayed just one night on a tour of anglesea and found this to be a great little motel. We were made very welcome ,soon given the key and found the room to be most comfortable. Nice clean fluffy towels, plenty of tea and coffee and good comfy beds. We will be back again next year tell friends and wish them... More

When you drive up, the initial reaction is one of disappointment. Its next to an old snooker hall and first impressions are not good. However the rooms are large, modern and clean with all the facilities you need. The staff are friendly and helpful, The position is ideal just a short walk to the beach. There is parking as well. This motel is in a very good position, quietly tucked away yet within walking distance of the beach. There's plenty of parking and the Driftwood restaurant looks fresh and welcoming with a modestly priced, wide choice menu. Our room was large, immaculately presented with a king size bed and a whirlpool spa bath in the equally immaculate bathroom. Breakfast can... More

When you arrive here it's not a great first impression with the old run down snooker centre next door. We struggled to park because the restaurant was really busy, but there is a little overflow car park to thr right of the way into main car park. Check In was a bit disorganised. There was nobody on the motel reception... More

We had a very nice meal at the Beach Motel. We both had their lamb chops which were excellent and very tender. There was plenty of meat and the vegetables were good. For dessert we chose apple pie and lemon tart which were both very tasty as well.

My wife and I recently visited this motel with my son and daughter and what a fantastic stay we had. Do not be put off by the external appearance of part of the accommodation section as the bedrooms are clean , large and tidy. But the "Crete de la creme" are the staff and the standard of food served. All... More
