A nice little B&B in a great location. The landlady, Mary, was lovely and the breakfast was good. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to Moelfre sea front, where there's just 1 pub & post office. If your looking for a relaxing short break in a quiet location, this fits the bill. We would go back again.

We (a group of 4 cyclists on a tour of Anglesey) should have stayed here recently for one night in a twin room and double room. The rooms were booked a couple of months in advance and a 50% deposit was paid. Two days prior to arrival (while on our tour), we were informed that the twin room had been... More

The house was in a lovely position but there was very little attention to hospitality although the owner was reasonably friendly. Having walked 19 miles and arriving at about 6 pm, wet and tired it would have been nice to have been offered a cup of tea whilst we were getting our boots off outside; it is just not the... More

This place was recommended by friends who are local to Moelfre. We were visiting for their wedding in the village which is a very short drive/walk from this B&B which is set on the hillside with amazing views. Mary and Gary were very welcoming and the perfect hosts. The breakfast was lovely having been freshly cooked and the bacon was... More

Just had a superb 6 night stay here, Mary & Gary are the perfect hosts. Spotlessly clean room, excellent breakfast, Their knowledge of the Island and local places to eat is most helpful. We took our cycles with us & they allowed us to keep them in their shed until we needed them. This was our first stay on the... More

Like many others it seems, my wife and I stayed here while visiting family staying at a nearby caravan park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mary is the perfect host, and she and Gary can be proud of what they have achieved at Bryn Awelon since they bought the derelict farmhouse in 2000. Our room was spotless, spacious, modern, comfortable... More

We stayed at Bryn Awelon during June '13 and what a lovely place. Mary & Gary really went out of their way to ensure all our needs were catered for. The house has wonderful 180 degree views across the coast of Anglesey and beyond to Snowdonia. The accommodation is set in a peaceful countryside location and within a 10 minute... More

It was a great place to stay. It is quiet away from the towns but still not far away. We enjoyed our stay there...the owners are so welcome and helpful, very considerate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good space for parking. A good point to see many of the attractions on Anglesey. Thanks :)

My wife and I stayed at Bryn Awelon for 4 nights, June 1-4, 2013. We were joined by an old college friend who had his own room and stayed for 2 of those nights. Bryn Awelon is a modern building in a traditional style, well laid out and comfortable. It is set in the beautiful countryside and fields just above... More
