Rude welcome by main reception man, in 50s with short grey hair. They then got our food order wrong and to top it off tried to over charge us at the end. I owed £100 and paid £80 cash & wanted to pay £20 on card but he charged £100 on card and was actin shifty trying to hide the... More

It is often difficult to find budget accommodation on Anglesey that offers free wi fi in rooms, so I was pleased to get a room it the central location of Llangefni. Reading some of the reviews posted here did make me a little apprehensive though I found the hotel in the centre of town and was initially disappointed by the... More

Had a lovely meal, great food, fabulous welcoming atmosphere and staff. Cosy warm open fire, comfortable chairs and surroundings. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, my 93 year old Nain was with us who has dietary requirements and is quite specific about food, so the chef made a special meal for her, which entirely fitted the bill. We were... More

Had a very good stay. Lovely courtyard room and an excellent breakfast. Duty manager was very friendly. Can imagine that the front of the hotel would be a bit noisy next to the town clock but we were happy in the courtyard at the back, We would recommend the hotel

Having stayed in various hotels for the last 15 years through work travels this hotel rates as the worst one I have ever stayed in ! ! ! The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Having been provided with a key I embarked on my room only to find a bathroom which should have been condemned. The room was cold & damp... More

I recently booked into this hotel after hearing good reviews. Upon arrival I found the hotel reception very dated and not very private, I waited five minutes for the unprofessional receptionist to end her personal phone call before being attended to. When I eventually checked in and went to my room, I thought the receptionist had made a mistake and... More

Room was freezing cold, windows not double glazed and mouldy. Food terrible. Service not the best. Asked for caramelised onion on burger, i got raw red onion. I asked for ketchup and mayo and never got any. Burger was like cardboard.

Just went for food. Just visited for the 1st time and won't be the last. Lovely choice of freshly prepared vegetarian food. I can't eat cheese and they took it out of the dish. So many places can't cos it's pre-prepared. Many thanks. Highly recommend.

It was a overnight stay, the service was good. The room was clean and lovely crisp white sheets on bed. The bathroom was clean, with shower gel, soap and shampoo, also Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits... we only had breakfast which was nice and fresh.. We would stay again...
