After reading good reviews, we were very disappointed with our room. The 'bathroom' was no larger than a wardrobe, it had louvred doors, which offered little privacy and the sink was on the other side of the room. The room was very dated. I found the lingering smell of kippers from the smokery quite awful. On the plus side, the... More

This was superb! The situation, the nice lady who runs the place, the breakfast, the rooms - well everything! We felt so well cared for ..

Stayed here for two nights with my husband and two children and another couple with a child. Was made to feel very welcome lots of extra touches that impressed the kids like biscuits on the landing with books and DVDs sweets In your room. We were able to happily put the kids to bed and sit in the lounge downstairs... More

This bed and breakfast has to be experienced to realise how good it is. The house is beautiful in a stunning location. The room was spotless and the breakfast was ENORMOUS! If ever I get sent to the gallows, I want their breakfast as my final meal!!! We didnt need to eat again until the evening and that was only... More

Gwen and David, lovely couple, made us feel welcome from the first moment. We stayed just two nights as we were touring Wales. Extremely clean establishment. Lovely breakfast, so much that we did not eat again until the evening. Peace and quiet, comfortable room with a window that opened. Would stay here again if we are in the area but... More

We stayed at the Deri Isaf with our greyhound for 6 nights. Gwen and David are a very friendly couple who manage to get the balance right with this B & B. The decor is lovely and there is a family feel about the house. The Welsh breakfast is great and we also enjoyed the fresh fruit beforehand. We had... More

We felt at home as soon as we arrived at Deri Isaf. We stayed there for one night as part of our walking holiday on the Anglesey Coastal Path. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the whole house was very comfortable. Our room was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided. The breakfast was great too. We... More

This was our first visit to Anglesey & we deffinately plan to return; the Island is beautiful and our stay at Isaf was the icing on the cake. Deri Isaf is a large house set just outside Brynrefail, it was about a 20 minute drive off the Menai Bridge on just one road and therefore very easy find. Gwen and... More

We spent a couple of nights at Deri Isaf and the welcome from Gwen and David could not have been better. They make you feel like you at home. The breakfast is well worth waiting for and my daughter loved the dogs and the horses. If you want a base on the island where you can come back and relax,... More

We only spent one night here, I wish we had booked them for the week. The house, the daffodils in the garden, our large room, the warm welcome we received from this lovely family were a real delight. Our Labrador was made to feel welcome, too. We would definitely go and stay there again if we go up to Angelsey... More
