Perfectly located in center of Beaumaris. We stayed at the Victoria Suite which gave us a spectacular view. Bathroom had been updated but furnishings in the room needed updating. Fortunately for us, after we decided to stay an additional night, they moved us to another suite in the corner -- not as good for the view, but newer furniture and... More

I stayed here with two friends at the end of a very long bike ride. The staff could not have been more helpful. We called on route to warn of our late arrival and the duty manager offered to have food waiting for us if required. We were given a really warm welcome when we finally rolled up at 10:30pm... More

This is a very nice family hotel, a little old-fashioned in the British style. It has beautiful views of the Menai Straits and Snowdonia, although the hotel frontage is on the main street, not on the seafront. Since the car park is on the sea side, and the reception in the middle, it seems a little back-to-front. The restaurant was... More

Just writing this review whilst getting ready to leave, After spending another sleepless night here. With outdated furniture & a crack in the ceiling looking like the grand canyon this hotel is in bad need of a update. The noise from the plumbing is so bad it keeps you awake throughout the night. Again referring to other posts the only... More

The rooms are clean but shabby and in urgent need of updating. The rooms should be better for the price paid which is not cheap. However the hotel overall is warm and welcoming and the staff helpful and accommodating. The best thing is the wonderful view if you get a sea view. I found the breakfast very disappointing. There was... More

We booked well in advance as part of a group of forty people on a vintage car tour of North Wales and Anglesey. The food was excellent, especially as we were all fed at the same time. We had a range of choices for starters, mains and puddings. It was served quickly and efficiently by the professional well trained staff... More

Stayed here on an expensive late booking. Hotel is like stepping back in time and is really in need of refurbishment . I felt I was walking on to the Titanic! Our room didn't have a sea view ( not expected on a late booking) but I'm sure that room would have made our short stay a little more comfortable.... More

This is a magnificent hotel that is located in a marvellous large old Victorian House. The building was apparently built for a visit by Queen Victoria, when only Princess Victoria in 1832. The food in the restaurant is really good and the staff on the whole are very attentive. The Hotel has lovely wide corridors and all the rooms have... More

We stayed for 2 nights while the kids were at their grandparents, I would say Beaumaris as a whole is a little older fashioned and the hotel sticks to this theme with that said it had a pleasant atmosphere, excellent free wi-fi connection, nice tea room and restaurant. A great option is to have breakfast brought up without having to... More

This is a lovely hotel with lots of character and well worth a stay. The staff are very friendly and polite the rooms are very nice and the food excellent. Me and my partner had a small issue with the room we stayed in however that was rectified in prompt time by the Manager and other staff ensuring our stay... More
