Booked in here last minute when my travel plans changed due to a storm preventing me from leaving the US for 3 days. It's a nice quirky old hotel with crooked floors that take a bit of getting used to. It was VERY convenient for the Anglesey Coastal Path, as it is on the path. It is also easily accessible... More

Stayed in the room called Admiral Howe right at the top. Hot day so we kept the sash windows open through the night so it was a bit noisy (road noise then seagulls!). Very characterful for an old building - creaking and sloping floors, but tasteful decor. Bathroom a bit tired and shower cubicle a bit small, no window or... More

Stayed here for two nights in beautiful Anglesey. We are on a bit of a budget and the Liverpool Arms is one of the cheaper places to stay in Beaumaris, £69.50 per night for a double room with breakfast. We stayed in room 4 on the 1st floor. No hair-dryer in the room but tea/coffee, TV and a kettle and... More

Nice little pub, a little dated and the carpets could do with replacing in places, but generally, clean, tidy and welcoming. Very good choice on the specials board and a full menu. We had Sea Bass, Jamaican Chicken and 14oz gammon, with drinks, all for under £40. Very happy and will be back again.

I stayed here for one night whilst walking the Anglesey Coastal Path. The rooms a bit tired and ready for a refurbishment but other than that you couldn't fault it. Everywhere was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The menu was inviting and a hearty breakfast in the morning also went down well. I intend to revisit.

Stayed here for a couple of nights recently with family. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got inside. We were upgraded to a charming King sleigh room, which was a very large room with original beams- very characterful. Clean throughout, with good tea/coffee facilities and reasonably comfy bed. Also had the... More

We've called in here several times over the years and never been disappointed. I'll review the Pub side and the food as we've never used the Hotel accommodation. I see some reviewers comments on the decor and the dark interior but to be honest it's what I like in a traditional old pub. How many times is this ambiance spoilt... More

On a recent family trip to Beaumaris I got talking to some locals who recommended visiting the Liverpool Arms Hotel for dinner. So we took a punt (my mother, my partner and our 5yo daughter). From the outside it doesn't look too inspiring but I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised how good the food was. We all had something different... More
