We recently stayed here for our anniversary over bank holiday weekend and got the last room.I can see why! The hotel was lovely, small but cosy and comfortable room with a nice view and power shower in the bathroom. I requested an ice bucket for some bubbly I'd brought and they brought it straight to the room. Very pleasant and... More

Booked 2 nights after researching on trip advisor. Best hotel we stayed in out of our trip to wales. Lovely food, great service and nice bar area. The place Amlych itself is pretty non descript but the rest of the island of Anglesey is easily accessible and has some lovely beaches and countryside...... Returning to Lastra Farm after a long... Cannot fault this hotel and it's restaurant at all. Lovely staff , accommodation and food . The cooked breakfast is the best I've had in any hotel and the evening meal was gorgeous. Will definitely be returning .

We have stayed here on 2 previous occasions and were not disappointed on our return 27/07/14.We were given a warm welcome on arrival having phoned earlier in the day to book a table for the recently started Sunday evening service. The meal was excellent and the hotel happily accommodated our dinner party of 8. The lodge where we stayed is... More

We stayed at Lastra Farm for the weekend of 11/12/13 July 2014. The rooms had all been refurbished and looked very welcoming and 'fresh'. I would especially like to mention the food: it was fantastic!

We booked this hotel from the internet for the purpose of birdwatching break in North Wales. A friendly reception on arrival at this charming hotel. The room was tastefully decorated and we had armchairs in front of the TV. The bathroom was clean and the bath was lovely and deep, so I had lots of baths! Hot water was abundant... More

This was a fabulous place to stay. We stayed in the gatehouse, the bedroom & bathroom was modern & spacious. The staff were extra friendly (especially Sue). The breakfast & dinners were really scrumptious. I was doing ancestor research & the staff were real helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

I stayed for the first time recently, on a golf trip with 5 others - some of whom had stayed before. We could not have been made more welcome by the staff and owners. The rooms were excellent, but the highlight has to be the food. The breakfast has the usual buffet layout of cereals, juices etc, but the cooked... More

We stayed for 3 nights and had no complaints. The rooms have everything you could want, the in house restaurant provides excellent evening meals biased toward locally sourced ingredients, there's a large conservatory where the generous breakfast is served, and a cosy bar for evening tipples. It's based in a rural location and the owners and staff couldn't be friendlier.... More
