Very nice and importantly very clean place nothing to fault at all. Dave and Eileen were very welcoming and the kids also enjoyed their stay, which is very important for us. Room size is very good and nice breakfast. We were there for two nights and and the whole experience was pleasant.

This is really an excellent place to stay. The rooms are very good indeed, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. This general standard applies throughout. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also top class and worth looking forward to. If you are in the area stay here. John

What a lovely B&B something you think you should expect but very often don't get but here you will its lovely and the owners are helpful and friendly and treat you like old friends and wave you off etc. Very clean and... Three of us stayed here last Saturday night as we were in the area for a family wedding. My mother was with us and she is over 90 and has difficulty walking, she stayed in a room on the ground floor, there was only one step to get into the property, otherwise no other steps, ideal for someone who is... A lovely place to stay. David and Eileen can't do enough to make your stay comfortable. It is beautifully clean, breakfast is to die for, and there is a large garden by the river that burbles its way down to the sea. The rooms are spotless and we will definitely stay again.

Good B&B, spacious room with TV and armchairs as well as bed and ensuite with shower over bath. Bath very welcome after walking. Fridge available as well - useful for picnic lunch stuff. Good breakfast and made very welcome. Evening meal options within walking distance include reasonably priced Italian restaurant and Gwydir Arms pub - where beer was very good... More

Nice quiet location with parking, tucked away from the main road with the little river trickling past the house. Nice clean rooms with very comfy beds. I took the twin room which does not have a view (window in roof) but totally sufficient for my needs. Wifi in rooms which is always good. Good cooked breakfast made to how you... More

We have travelled extensively throughout the UK during the last four years and have stayed at many B&B's of varying standards but this one was by far the best! Eileen and David were excellent hosts. They were so friendly and welcoming and the options they provided for breakfast was more than you would normally expect. We only stayed for one... More

A warm welcome from Eileen and David who offered to carry my backpack upstairs while I went off to complete a little section of the Coastal Path. The L-shaped twin-bedded room was very clean, light (via roof lights) and nicely furnished and decorated. The integral shower room was roomy with a decent shower in a large cubicle. It was good...
