We booked with linda at the b&b and were so happy we did. Linda was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Linda also suggested a few places for us to visit, which we did and werent disappointed. What a lovely b&b in talsarnau and we hope to go back again. thanks linda x

We searched for a B&B so that we could go walking and found Bryn Derw and so glad we did! The location was stunning, the rooms fabulous and a super host (the rest of the family were really friendly too!). Our breakfast orders were taken the night before and cooked fresh at the time we requested and were delicious. If... More

Linda really looked after my son and I on a recent mountain biking trip in the area. Immaculately clean, fantastic breakfast and a stunning location. What more can I say, other than you will be seeing us both again very soon. Andy & Richard

We stopped here for one night after climbing Snowdon. Linda is a lovely friendly host and cooks a great breakfast ! The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The surroundings are idyllic. Our only issue was that we left it too late to book a table at the local pub so we struggled to find somewhere good... More

Very Welcoming hosts and homely feel to the place. Excellent breakfast choices and beautifully cooked. Host linda valued source of information. Ideal location for taking in all the sights of Snowdonia. Would recommend staying here.

One night was not enough! This is a very special place. Our host, Linda was warm and welcoming and prepared a fabulous breakfast. Our room was just perfect, warm, clean, very well equipped, very comfortable. The location is brilliant for walking and exploring Snowdonia and is just 10 minutes from Porthmadog (probably less when the bridge reopens). The local Pub,... More

Neither the photos nor the term ‘Bed & Breakfast’ do justice to this fantastic place. It really feels as if you are invited by the host, Linda, to her farm house to stay over, enjoy the countryside and some of her home-made produce. Upon arrival we were greeted by Monty the cat, a really cute ginger ball of fluff who... More

My husband booked us a night at the Bryn Derw for our visit to Portmeiron and Harlech Castle. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Linda our host and shown to our room. This was a superbly converted part of the farmhouse with the most comfortable double bed and soft furnishings that I have ever slept in!! We were advised... More

My husband booked us a night at Bryn Dewr as a surprise. After a stunning drive through North Wales and Snowdonia we received a very warm welcome to the Farm B&B from the Owner Linda who helped us settle in and even reserved us a table for dinner at the local pub 'the Ship Aground' which was a short walk... This is a lovely house in an idyllic setting. Our room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was superb, large, comfortable, newly re-furbished. Our hostess, Linda was lovely, very hospitable and helpful - she lays on a very good breakfast too ! Wifi was immediate. Plenty of onsite parking.
