Arriving at the hotel my initial reaction was that it could do with a clean up. It is a lovely Victorian-looking building. I was hoping I hadn't made a mistake. I stayed 3 nights and I have to say I was really impressed. The staff were really friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, the breakfast superb. Close parking was no... More

Nice people but hotel needs updating. My room was above the bar and sleep was impossible before12.30pm when the guests eventually went. Pwllheli does is not exactly stuffed with hotels or B & B's for that matter, so the Victoria needs to try harder if it wants the available business.

Stayed here last year for two nights, cost £60. Fantastic location, friendly staff and easy parking. The room was very clean and quite large. I would have happily paid twice the price for what we actually received. En suite bathroom with a very large bathtub and everything was spotlessly clean. We were given a backdoor key, so that when the... More
