Stayed at this lovely b&b for two nights. Penny is lovely and provides gorgeous breakfasts with local ingredients. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely big bathroom. The house is within easy walking distance of the main street and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Monmouth. All in all Ebberley is... More

Stayed for one night here whilst walking the Offas Dyke. Lovely big room with both a shower and a bath. Very nice owner and convenient for both the town and for getting back on the path the following day.

Stayed here for three nights whilst walking the Offas Dyke Path. A very friendly little guest house. Very reasonable rates, nice big room, wonderful freshly cooked breakfast, central to town. It is very close to all the towns amenities and actually on the Offas path. Made most welcome and would recommend to all.

Like other reviewers, I arrived after a day's march on the first 19 miles of Offa's Dyke path. An experience which helped me appreciate the true pleasures of a friendly welcome, a shower, comfortable bed, and some carefully assembled ingredients for a great breakfast. Good value, a welcoming bar 3 or 4 doors away, and a selection of evening meals... More

We stayed the night whilst up in Monmouth for a wedding, and between us occupied both of the rooms. The rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The only downside was that there was no mirror to use within reach of plug sockets whilst drying/straightening hair. Breakfast was served at a time of our choice and was one of the... More

This was a great place to stay on our first night of Offa's Dyke. A HUGE bath that fits 2! What a luxury after walking all day! Really friendly owner and great breakfast. Room was huge as was bathroom so plenty of room for a very reasonable price! Nothing to fault at all. Really handy for town centre without being... More

We stayed at Ebberley House after the first 19 miles of our long Offa's Dyke walk. The large double (with additional single) room was very comfortable and spacious for all our gear. The bathroom was luxurious with a shower and bath. Not being people to hoover up a full English breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised with the alternatives on offer.... More

A welcome sight after a hot day's walking. Warm welcome and provided with large comfortable room, with ensuite including bath. Great position for seeing the sights of Monmouth, but also quiet. Good choice for breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy some walking in the area. We stayed in the back room overlooking the garden with lovely views to Kymin. It is in a great spot to access the town centre, with the square being a 5 minute walk away from Church Street and Agincourt Square. All very clean with a lovely, comfortable... More
