We were a party of five staying in two rooms (twin room & family room) plus 2 dogs! Lovely clean rooms in a very quiet, relaxing location. All staff very helpful and on-hand without being overbearing. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Cooked breakfast isn't available but room-served continental breakfast was served at the exact time requested with warm toast, croissants,... More

We recently stayed in The Farm Cottage at the Stables. A nice size cottage, living room/kitchen, double bed room and a twin room. Great location for Snowdon and walking. Mandy and her staff were excellent and made the stay enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

We booked this last minute as we were camping and needed somewhere quick as the rain was very heavy and we decided to pack up quickly did not really do enough research on the place and for £70/night without b fast was very poor value for money. The lady who ran the place was really friendly and helpful but she... More

A perfect weekend break with family. We were welcomed by Mandy who made our stay just like home! We booked two rooms, as we had two young children. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Parking was accessible, peaceful and very quiet. The breakfast was 5 star quality! We will certainly be returning to the Stables very soon.

I always try and find an alternative to the Premier Inn/Travel Lodge option when staying away and the Stables fitted the bill 100%. Out of town, plenty of easily accessible parking, peaceful and quiet. Mandy and her staff were friendly and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble and it's refreshing to find a team that have a genuine interest in... More

The food here is beautiful, we were served welsh lamb and you could taste the quality. We all had large portions and there was a good choice of foods on the carvery. The service is informal and friendly and you are made to feel very much at home. We loved the character of the building and the surroundings are lovely.... More

Guiness pump was empty, lager full of gas and way too frothy and bitter totally flat and cloudy! No soda water either! Didnt leave us with much choice! Told to take a seat until our table was...
