Disgusted!!! I booked this hotel and receivied confirmation via e mail. Everything was fine until I mentioned we were attending a wedding party and would be out until around midnight. I was then told they could not accept this booking. The other reviews are correct - dont do it!!! Now I'm attending a wedding and have nowhere to stay! more

We arrived and had some reservations after reading the comments of others. It is a most impressive stately building in a very beautiful setting. The "small double" room we had booked was as large as most "chain" double hotels and had a superb bathroom and very comfortable bed.
