Quite down at heel building, our room at the front looked out to the castle, big room very spacious, terribly tired, though new shower room, spotlessly clean, fresh smelling bed sheets and towels (a must for me!). Old fashioned furniture, need of refurbish all over. However, staff allEastern European, very friendly, polite and attentive. Food quality only ok, but hot... More

Staff were lovely could not do enough for you, the bedroom was clean overlooking the sea, food was good, the area is a bit hilly for anyone who struggles walking. Would definitely go back to this hotel. The trips out were value for money and the driver was great

Trip with Alpha .Cant fault that part of the trip!!!! Cant complain about the room as it was a newly renovated one . Asked for a quiet room which it seemed to be at side of hotel and you could see the sea . THEN the entertainment started and bam went all hopes of an early night after a long... More

Alfa four night tour. Meal times in 15 minute slots to get to your table seemed to work as no delay at all in being served. Good points menu printed for a week ,always had on each day four different starters, also a different main dish, of meat, fish, vegetarian and a salad plus a chef's choice each day. This chef's... First visit to this hotel, self drive booked through Alfa, and would go again. Main road location and the car parking is on spare ground opposite and is a public area and free. The lift was large modern and fast but you have to use the door close button or you wait a while till they close themselves. Room 219... More

stayed here 23rd/27th July with Alfa coach holidays. Our room was very nice, recently renovated, lovely powerful and hot shower and very comfy beds. The service in the dining room was excellent, even tho the waiters/waitresses were rushed off their feet most of the time. Lots of choices for breakfast and evening dinner, and portions were large and well presented.... More

Visited this hotel in July 2014. A comfortable accommodation. A pleasant breakfast, served to you. We chose one evening meal only, as it turned out to be very ordinary and a menu to serve coach trips guests in mass. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is positioned directly on the main high street with no parking, although there is... More

4 night trip with Alfa. We were given room 204 at the rear of the hotel. Not one of the renovated rooms very disappointing. The weather was extremely hot only one small window would open with a view of a very dirty area between the buildings. We didn't ask for another room because we assumed the hotel was full otherwise... More

My friend and I stayed here on a 4 night coach break. The room had been refurbished the only thing missing is perhaps a safe and mini fridge. The breakfast was well cooked and the waiting staff first class nothing to much trouble. The evening meal was standard coach holiday menu but once again nicely cooked they offered chef dish... More
