I recently stayed at this hotel whilst on a 7 day coach trip with Alfa Travel. I have to say that the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room I was in was spacious, clean and comfortable. There as a varied choice of menu and the meals were very good. There was entertainment in the evening which, apart from... More

I stayed at this hotel for a 7 day break with Alfa. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. Room was spotless, beds comfy, bathroom clean, heating in the room. In the restaurant, the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. Overall, I was happy to stay at this hotel.

We recently visited this hotel on a 5 day break with Alfa. Its a sleepy little place but nice for just having a wander around. We had a very pleasant room which was clean and tidy. The food was very good and we had good trips out on the coach all helped by the lovely weather.

First class staff- with a very professional manager at the helm. Lovely room with excellent bathroom facilities- only downside was our mattress which was too soft for us! Entertainment started with a game of bingo- which could only have been bettered with a more serious bingo caller! Otherwise entertainment was quite good of an evening- otherwise question sheets in afternoon... More

This hotel situated on the main high street is a grade two listed building but the standard is first class Rooms at the front claim a sea view (over the roof tops) and castle view (through the tree tops ) Some noise from the traffic but Criccieth closes at eight p.m.! The hotel appears to be in the throes of... More

We stayed at this hotel for the nights of Friday and Saturday 6th and 7th September. I have upgraded to a Castle View Room, which I was really pleased we did as the view was very nice, even though you are on the main street through Criccieth. Very large room and bathroom, with both a bath and separate shower. The... More

Stayed at this hotel on an Alfa coach holiday. This is quite an imposing hotel both inside and outside. The service is good but tends to reduce in quality when the hotel is full [diningroom].. There are two bars, one also being the entertainment room. Problem with the bar is the beer, like other Leisureplex hotels it's Tetleys. Not a... More
