Our group consisted of 5 adult family members. We were all on the same floor. On arrival Julie welcomed us with a pot of tea, this was very much appreciated. The room I had with my husband was a suite at the back of the hotel and was very spacious & elegant. We both enjoyed a quality good night's sleep... More

Me and the Mrs spent two very comfortable nights here while visiting various local tourist attractions. We were given room number 1 which overlooked the castle and bay. Tea and coffee making facilities, smart TV, and a shower which took the skin off! Would not hesitate coming back again.

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay to while we explored the Llyn Peninsula for a four night winter break and Glyn-y Coed was the perfect choice. It's very relaxed, beautifully decorated and the room we were given at the top of the house was spacious, the bed was ultra comfortable and we had a sea and castle... More

This is an excellent hotel. A great choice of food for breakfast and Julie and her staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The view of the castle and bay from our room was fantastic. A great place to stay for Criccieth and the surrounding area. Thank you Julie.

Just loved staying in this accommodation gem. This lovely hotel is more like a B&B or Guest House. It is ideally situated in Cricceith, a beautiful little Welsh town, a few minutes walk from the beach and shops. We had run of the house, lovely room, spotlessly clean, free wifi and onsite parking. The breakfast was lovely, Service exceptional. No... More

We have just come back from a two night stay and I couldn't have been happier with my husband's choice of hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with a brilliant view of the sea and Criccieth Castle. There was lots of choice for breakfast - fruit, cereal, and a hearty cooked breakfast. The location was just what we wanted... More

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in September this year. The hotel is ideally situated with the beach, the shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance of the hotel. We stayed in Room 7 which is spacious, well furnished and spotlessly clean, with a lovely view over the sea and towards the castle. For breakfast... More

This hotel provided a great stay in Criccieth. I must give a special mention to the hotel staff and management who were so friendly and helpful throughout. For example, on arrival, we were offered complimentary tea which was served with a smile. The staff were only too willing to spend time with us to offer useful information to enhance our... More

I must echo my bothers review. This was our second visit and as in our first visit everything was perfect. Great room with a fantastic view of the bay and castle. First class breakfast. It was a shame our stay was so short. Already booked for next year. Thanks Julie and team Jon B,Rugby

This was our 6th visit to the Hotel. It is location is great. Just outside the town, but in easy walk of the beach and the restaurants. The hotel itself is well maintained, the sea view room we had was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent, as was the service. You are able to come and go as you... More

Thank you for staying with us again, Richard. You are right - we are in a great location, close to the beach, castle and excellent restaurants but Criccieth is also a good central point for driving down the Llyn Peninsula (which is my favourite), Snowdonia etc. We have just bought a luxury lodge with 2 bedrooms, overlooking the sea and...
