We've been to Brion Efion on many occasions. I can't recommend this lovely hotel enough. The decor of the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The food is delicious and the service very good. The rooms are very comfortable, stocked with tea, coffee chocolate and biscuits, the homemade lavender and rosemary shortbreads are totally yummy. The beds are very comfortable and... More

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The hotel itself is a stunning building set in pretty grounds, and when strolling around it you would be forgiven for thinking you were in a film. The setting is that perfect. The food was delicious and the service excellent. Special mention has to... More

Stunning environment full of history, splendid grounds and 1 or 2 really nice touches such as beautiful piano music in the background. Food was very good rather than exceptional, e.g. duck salad starter was a bit too cold (although it showed that it had been safely stored at a sensible temperature) and conversely the beef was a little warm rather... 5 of us went for Sunday this week, first time we had visited and have to say it will not be our last. Lovely setting, very clean and tidy, roaring log fires on arrival and the public areas were tastefully decorated for the festive period. We were shown to some seating near a fire, which was lovely. Served drinks and... More

I recently went with family for christmas Sunday lunch. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food we were served. We expected good quality food for the price we paid but were very disappointed.

I stayed here on business in December. What a little gem. Hidden off the main road in its own grounds this stylish manor exudes class. Lovely gardens and a beautiful wooden clad hall with a roaring fire made a comfortable place to relax after a long day on the road and before a very good dinner. The staff were delightful... More

The hotel is not large but is very well appointed and furnished. The beautiful entrance hall is lovely in summer sunshine and round the huge fireside in winter. The dining room is furnished in a modern African style and is like a huge conservatory that looks out over the gardens. The menu is not huge but they serve quality products... More

My brother and I have luckily managed to enjoy three short breaks at this hotel this year. It's just outside criiccieth on the coast very near to abersoch Porthmadog And lovely portmerion. The bedrooms are really comfortable. Smart lounges. With really good food served in a modern dining room and in the summer served in the lovely conservatory. And the... More

My wife and I spent last weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary at the Bron Eiffion Hotel in Criccieth. A beautiful old style hotel, with oak panelled walls in the sitting rooms and a large more modern dining / breakfast room. The Hotel has received awards for its wedding venue status and I can see why. The grounds are very 'photographable'... More

We went to Criccieth to celebrate my birthday, had an absolutely lovely time, we wanted somewhere special to have an evening meal, and the Bron Eifion was recommended to us, we called in during the afternoon, the receptionist gave us a menu to look at and suggested we take a look at the dining room, we liked what we saw...
