It's very rare to experience excellent service from staff as well as the hosts, but Venetia certainly delivers. The best accommodation / dining experience we have encountered in the UK. Friendly people, great service, clean rooms, delicious food, stylish decor - fantastic. Mark

A first class boutique hotel in a chic resort with the most amazing dining experience. I stayed in the room at the front of this lovely hotel with friends in August and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone of any age. Normally I would not consider something labelled boutique, but I have now been totally converted due to the exceptional... More

Would definately recommend. FYI: It's not a 5 star hotel, but a 5 star B&B for sure. We were exceptionally lucky to grab a cancellation the day before I was coming to Wales. Jayne is the perfect host too. Ok that's my 200 characters, Thanks.

We've stayed at Venetia a couple of times now and have found it to be lovely each time. The rooms are immaculate and very comfy, although we prefer to stay at the back of the building because of the road noise. The decor is simple and contemporary, but at the same time quite cosy. The staff and owners are very... More

First impression not great on being shown room. Small bedroom & ensuite, not worth £128 per night. Very limited space around bed & expected bath as well as shower for that price. Pillows very lumpy, not comfy at all although bed was. Would expect bathrobes too for 5*. Also bedroom was on front of property & quite noisy with traffic... More

Stayed here last 2 nights, absolutely superb from the minute we walked in until we left. Made to feel very welcome and breakfasts best I've had anywhere. Lovely service and everyone so friendly. Will definately come back and Abersoch is Welsh Riviera. Thanks for a great weekend.

We stayed at the Venetia last summer, and picked it purely on the Trip Advisor ratings. I would say this is the best hotel in the area - fantastic service from the moment we arrived. We stayed in the biggest room with the jacuzzi, though unfortuntately this was out of order and we had 10% of the room price refunded.... More

We first saw mention of the Venetia last year in the Telegraph and it looked worth a try. We were right and enjoyed 3 nights there in May in room Due at the front of the building with sea views between the houses opposite. The room is well furnished, the bed is comfortable and the shower room is smart. One... More
