Excellent service and very comfortable hotel. Rooms have recently been refurbished therefore it had a fresh and pleasant feel. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were quiet. All essentials included in the room and anything extra that was needed was available hassle free from reception. Plenty of parking and reasonable priced food available from The Little Chef next door. Even... More

As a Courier I frequently stay in Hotels. Never been let down by a Travelodge so providing the price is in my budget they are now my go to Hotel Chain. This Hotel has a Little Chef & Shell Garage outside, the usual comfy beds but the Showers get a special mention here. Super powerful.

Booked one night here for a visit to Chester. The travelodge itself is in the middle of nowhere and hard to find. Once there, the rooms were clean and comfortable with new decor. The staff, well the only one we saw, was friendly enough when he could look up from his newspaper. Worst thing about this place - no phone... More

They say that you get what you pay for in life. If you book early at this establishment you can get it a lot cheaper and this what I would recommend. It is at best 'basic'. You can park without a problem and there is a Little Chef 50 meters away however you can not walk anywhere from this hotel as... More

This travelodge has been refurbished so the room was fresh and the furnishings were in excellent condition. We had a family room which was big enough and adequate for our stay. The double bed was very comfortable although the mattresses on the childrens beds were very hard. There was a Little Chef on site which was suitable for breakfast but... More

On a positive note you couldn't hear the traffic of the main road and shower was powerful... Bad points, however... There was mould in the corner of the room, there were dark hairs on the pillows (our family have blonde/fair hair), there weren't enough pillows for the spare bed (we were in a family room), there was a blood stain... Located far enough off the main road to ensure that there is no traffic noise. Nice clean and warm rooms. Fabulous shower, comfortable bed. Free parking in front. All I needed for a restful night. A little awkward to get to if travelling out from Chester as its on the opposite side of the dual carriageway. For max quietness ask... More

This Travelodge is ok if you just need a bed for the night. Rooms clean and tidy but you Definately need transport. Difficult to get to and no bar only Little Chef next door and we Were charged £85 for the night

We stayed a night here recently as we required to visit Flint for one day only. It is not difficult to find the hotel, but you need to be aware that you only seem to be able to access it from the eastbound carriageway (towards Chester) of the A55 Expressway. In other words, if you are approaching, as we were,... More
