Just returned from 3 nights at Tower. It was wonderful. A fantastic property in a lovely setting, ideally located for exploring North Wales. The room was like something out of a film set! Both the house and Mairi lived up to all the very positive reviews, she is so very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. Oh yes, the breakfasts were... More

I have travelled the World and a unique experience is now hard to come by. This is one I shall remember fondly and hopefully repeat. Staying in a piece of real history. As others have said a privilege - not just the house but meeting Mairi too. It is like staying in a museum in a nice way, not dusty... More

Charles and Mairi are truly amazing people. I have booked 1 night stay for my boyfriend`s birthday but had to cancel last minute. Mairi was so kind and understanding, she let us move our booking to our anniversary in a few months time so we won`t loose the money. The Tower is one of those places you will always think... More

Romantic setting, beautiful rooms, great breakfast and friendly hosts. Tower is a place I would recommend to all my friends, especially for romantic breaks. Only stayed for one night but would have loved staying longer.

This place and it's owner are simply fantastic, and staying there felt like a privilege. We can't wait to come back. If you have the chance to stay here you really should before the opportunity is gone.

The room and facility are immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely dining area. This was a once in a life time experience! The B & B is still inhabited by the original family with the pictures of family members from centuries ago hanging on the walls. Mairi, the hostess,is a delightfully charming woman who took us on... A beautiful place to stay with fantastic views and great hospitality. Mold is not the best town in wales but the Tower is a good base to venture further afield. You wont be dissapointed with the place and it provides excellent value for money. Well worth a visit.

Wow, what can you say, I felt like royalty. Lovely bedrooms with antique furniture, art everywhere and family portraits galore. The room was spotlessly clean and all linen, towels etc fresh and laundered. There are only 3 rooms let out, the rest is the family home that was built around 500 years ago, the grounds are lovely with a small... More

The best B&B I've ever stayed in and top three most memorable paid stays anywhere. The building is fantastic - filled with delightful things and history. Wonderful warm welcome and a fantastic breakfast.
