On arriving, the building is situated by the sea but as with other reviewers, it is very dated. You immediately see the construction workers but they do not interfere with you stay - except for the moment where they suddenly appear outside your window while you are changing - an experience - hence the first reference to Faulty Towers. However,... More

We (124 of us) have just returned from staying at the hotel. This is the third time we have fully booked the hotel for our cycle event and we will not contemplate going anywhere else. The rooms are a really good standard, the food delicious and the staff and hospitality are first rate. I am sure that all 124 of... More

My family & I ended up staying here for one night as the place we originally booked to stay in was absolutely awful (Pointins Prestatyn sands) We arrived at reception at 7.30pm hoping that we could book at room for the night. The receptionist Joanne was wonderful she couldn't do enough to help us & was able to give us... More

We stayed here after completing the Offa's Dyke Path. This is why we had swimming costumes as we were aware of the leisure facilities. We were allocated a twin, sea view room that was clean and comfortable It was a Sunday and after walking through Prestatyn and viewing the eating out facilities that were available, we decided to have a... Originally booked a room with 1 double bed thinking we could manage but upon entering room - have paid similar in other hotels with bigger rooms was disappointed with small size. Upgraded to triple room (extra £) at no problem to the staff. From here on it... More

Welcoming Reception on arrival. Efficient handling of the booking. Room quite small but clean and tidy. Dated TV. Small bathroom. Powerful shower. Bed very hard. Lovely sea view. Adequate Breakfast. Parking across the road but free. Good WiFi.

It was disgusting , first impression walking into the lobby, it had an old musky smell and the rooms was tiny dated and too warm. The bathroom smelled clean, but the shower cubical had all algae on the silicone and the place was just old and... More

Probably one of the better places in Prestatyn. Incredibly scruffy from the outside which was a shock on arriving but the bedroom very good. When were there there was a lot of renovation going on so the bar wasn't a good place to be. Possibly my most memorable part of my experience was the two receptionists I encountered. One was... More
