Despite my 3* this is only for the décor in the public areas which is tidy but could do with an up date. However, our rooms as a trio of visitors were very nice extremely clean and well presented. The welcome from Jan could not have been warmer and her attention was beyond the call! A very good stay(2 nights)... More

Used this hotel as a stopover on the way elsewhere. Good that there was on site parking. We were given a double room at the front of the hotel. Decor quite dated and bed on the small side but clean. Good provision of tea and coffee. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Maybe at £70 for the night it was... More

Its actually more of a B and B than a hotel. Only breakfast is served here. Very little on site parking here, check in was brief and the man a little abrupt. Breakfast has short serving time, between 8-9, no choice of seating,as all rooms had designated table. Ours was a little cramped as we had to squeeze 5 people around... More

We actually have 5 cereal,s not 3 (museli & shredded wheat ) ,we through you would appreciate sitting together as a family . The reason the table was designated was because we where very busy . I did apologize for keeping you waiting with the breakfast as everything is freshly cooked . If we do get a booking for wheelchair... More

We had a lovely night here.We stayed in one of the family rooms, it was nice and spacious, with comfortable double and a single bed and it was spotlessly clean. Its a nice location, close to the beach (which is beautiful) and town. Breakfast was served quite quickly and was lovely. The owners are really nice and we booked again... More

We stayed here for one night in July as we were going to see Twelfth Night at Conwy Castle. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. We were early, but our room was already ready, and the owner organised us a taxi for the evening. The hotel is well located, just a few minutes walk from both the... More

My wife and I travelled to Wales and stayed at West Point Hotel for two nights. Owners Jan and Mike were lovely, very welcoming and informative. Room was fine, clean and bright tea and coffee making in room. We were even given a sausage for the dog at breakfast! Lovely stay, made very welcome .

I really enjoyed my one night stay in the West Point. A good sized, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was exactly what I wanted too. The owners (Mick and Jan) were very friendly and welcoming and they even managed to arrange for it to be sunny! In my opinion their prices are very reasonable, I've paid more for a lot... More

This hotel - with it's fourteen rooms is better, cheaper, and offers more comfort than Premiere Inns and all the others in the area. It is very well appointed, the breakfast is excellent and it is half the price of Travelodge and Premiere Inns. It is quieter and has better parking. The beds are lovely, the rooms quite large, and... More
