Excellent guest house with the standard of the room and bathroom better than you would get in many 4* hotels. We were travelling with our 3 month old daughter and they were very accommodating by including a cot in the room at no extra cost, and even with this in the room there was still loads of space. Friendly staff,... More

The plus for this little gem is the food, the breakfast is heaven lots of choice, and hot. Host& hostess were very warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble!! I have been travelling to Colwyn Bay, North Wales on Business for many years and only recently discovered this gem. The first impression of the grand entrance hall with the wonderful artwork is amazing. Sandy and Gordon the Lady and Gentleman of the house could not be more welcoming. The atmosphere and ambience is truly unique, I can see why... More

Bryn Woodlands is a good quality, comfortable and welcoming hotel on the edge of the town centre, a few minutes from the sea front, and a fifteen minutes walk from Eirias Park (home of RGC 1404). It is easy to locate just off the Abergele Road. There are about a half dozen parking spaces in front and behind the establishment... More

Enjoyed a 2 night stay in a comfortable 4 poster room. We had everything we needed including free wifi. The shower was probably the best we have known in a B & B, and we have stayed in few. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. Will be staying again when we are next in the area. Thank you Sandy and... More

So disappointing - the lady of the house away on holiday - her spouse left in charge - hopefully she's returned in time to save their business. Intrusive as we settled in- why have locked dsplay cabinets in bedrooms & warmnings about not touching decorations. And 'mine host' positively officious when questioned about not just damp but wet carpet in... More

Booked a double luxury room. It was gorgeous! Furnished to a high standard and bathroom was stunning. Very comfy bed and had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely too. Free parking and free wifi a bonus. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again :)

The room was not as stated in the website with no wifi and no ironing board. The bed was uncomfy, the car park tiny and the walls paper thin. I was expecting much more for the amount we paid. We won't be returning.
