My friends and I stayed at Tree Tops Guest House on the night before Dragon Ride 2014. The room we got was spacious and clean, the bathroom was adequate with good quality complimentary toiletries. There was a short menu for breakfast but we really needed only toasts eggs and some oats. The guest house is old fashioned in a pleasant... More

Jan and the Tree Tops Guest House were very welcoming and comforting to us as we traveled through Wales on our honeymoon. Our room was on the top floor which provided us with privacy and our own bath. The room was clean and spacious and had its own tea "set" and snacks. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a menu... More

Jan made us very welcome on our one night stop-over mid cycle tour. A secure lock up for the bikes, fab shower with plenty of hot water in our big triple en-suite room at the front of the house. It's a good, clean and friendly place to stay and a pleasant cooked breakfast set us off on our way again.

Arrived late on Friday night, Jan opened up for us with a smile on her face. She is always friendly and happy. It's a big old house but warm and comfortable. We always enjoy our visits, with a good choice of breakfast we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This was a trip to Neath to research the Family Tree in Neath and Swansea and the location of Tree Tops was ideal. We stayed seven nights in this Guest House and we were very comfortable indeed. Jan allowed our two labradoor dogs to stay and an oxeygen machine for me. She has a lot of knowledge of the local... More

A one night stay to visit my daughter who is staying here for her three month work placement. Very comfortable, lovely breakfast and Jan is looking after my daughter. I'll be back again for a longer stay and a walk on the Gower

We stayed here over one night om our way back from wales to London. We were disappointed. It has 4stars but was more like 3. Room was okej in size with a bathroom that was newly renovated. The twinbed was horrible! Too narrow (1,40cm?) and old. Blanket felt not really clean. Lots of noise from corridor. Breakfast ok. Will not... More

Thank you for your comments but I must point out that we are inspected every year by the WTB which gave a four star rating and has done so for the last12 years and I can assure you they do not hand out these grading’s lightly. As for the bed being to narrow it is a standard size double bed.... More

I have used this guest house for the last six years and the standard has always been superb. A real Welsh welcome; comfortable beds; excellent choice in the breakfast menu which is cooked to perfection. The car parking can be a problem as the spacing is tight in the front and rear of the property. Ideally situated for touring east... More
