Stayed here for 1 night for business - great spa and pool (empty each time I used it) with an average gym. Rooms are ok but not luxurious - pretty basic furniture and style. Main problem was with the internet - wifi in lobby but not in room. Should be free wired broadband but didn't work - other colleagues had... more

Arrived to find large electricity pylon in car park of hotel right next to hotel. Obviously hotel photos are creative. Reception Manager very snooty. Rest of reception staff helpful but wouldn't describe as friendly. Room was clean and fairly large with a big bed BUT furniture very tired, internet access didn't work. No instructions for how to get Sky TV... more

We got married at the Towers 4 years ago and it was fantastic then as it had been newly renovated. I returned recently for a hen night which involved a nights stay, use of the spa facilities and cabaret. The rooms are good sized although we had one at the back of the hotel and they have no view at... more

Over past 5 years or so been to hotel for lunch many times- excellent value for money, with very good food, and friendly, prompt service on every occassion. Decided to invite aunt and uncle to dinner earlier this week, and we would treat ourselves by staying at the hotel instead of far less expensive establishment locally. Booked direct with hotel,... more

Just spent an evening at this hotel to experience the Mike Doyle evening. Staff on arrival were welcoming and friendly. Our room was only a standard double but it was lovely. Beautiful huge double bed and a gorgeous black marble bathroom, The most powerful shower I've ever had the good fortune to use. The only minus to the room was... more

I've stopped here many times now, and it was always a reasonable Hotel, but is now nearly excellent. The Pool, gym and Spa annexe is superb, rooms way above standard, and housekeeping clearly do a good job. The location is very easy to get to, just 5 minutes from the M4. Showers are always hot and the gym never over-full.... more

An eventful hen-party weekend enjoyed by all 12 of us. Accommodation was clean, modern and easy on the eye. The warm and friendly staff were very helpful and made you feel most welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our all day spa treatments and use of the pool, steamroom/sauna etc. Fresh fruit and juices provided at poolside as we were individually called... more

What can I say, apart from PEA's! You will never be surprised when you ask what is the seasonal veg, as it will be PEAS! Does not matter if you are having Sea Bass, Curry, or a Steak, you will duly be served up with a large bowl of the wee green fella's! Apart from that the hotel is friendly,... more
