3 Pen Cei is the most charming and welcoming B&B we have ever stayed in. The standard of the rooms is superb, and breakfast is to die for. Perfect location for a relaxing break or exploring the Ceredigion coast path. Also right next door to the Harbourmaster Hotel - got to be a bonus!

We have just driven home after our 4th visit to 3 Pen Cei and have already booked up for Easter 2016. The level of hospitality shown by Lesley and John never fails to impress, nothing is too much trouble and we always feel like part of the family. Amazing location, wonderful rooms and breakfast never disappoints. Thank you for yet... More

5* is not really sufficient to rate this guest house. The very warm genuine welcome, is backed by superb rooms and breakfasts that are full of yummy goodness with a really lovely service. If you want to fully understand quality and value then visit Pen Cei.

We stayed in Dyfi for the third time and was as pleased this time as we were the first time! Hosts are so warm and welcoming, always ready... More

a friendly welcome with warm welsh cakes & tea, amazingly comfortable beds & top quality linen, flat screen tv, superb shower, sadly no harbour view as the twin is out the back but we didn't come to sit in our room and look out of the window! Incredible breakfasts, cooked to order. Lesley is a natural host and nothing was... More
