My wife and children (14,11,10) are from Holland, and stayed for three nights in October 2014. We had a great time. The owners Marian and her husband (forgot how his named is spelled, it's a Welsh name) made us feel really welcome. Rooms on the 1st floor are superb! But be aware with the kids - the floor is made... More

I have been staying off and on at this wonderful Farmhouse B&B for over 35 years. In all that time the quality of rooms and service has always been of the highest standard. To Marian and Arwyn I can only say one thing - thank you for your warm welcomes, fabulous breakfasts and comfortable rooms. If Llandovery is on your... More

This is a review for the rooms in the farmhouse not the Self catering above barn accommodation. Sadly we only stayed for just two nights and to be honest I much enjoyed those nights than perhaps a week in the sun. The setting of the farm is down a little lane in a beautiful area of wales with the afon... More

Picked out this farm for bed and breakfast after reading other Trip Advisor reviews. The reviews ranked it excellent and they were not wrong. My wife and I were met by Marion who showed us were to park and led us to our bedroom. We had a twin bedded room on the front of the house which was equipped with... More

You wouldn't even know its a working farm, as the whole grounds are spotless! The room cleanliness was amazing and very comfortable. We were heading... More

Self catering cottage was fabulous, spotlessly clean, well equipped with every thing you could possibly need. Hot tub was so lovely and made the week even more special. An ideal place to go out and about exporing the Brecon Beacons and Carmarthenshire. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Such a lovely quiet picturesque spot with wonderful views some where to... From Arwyn's warm welcome to Marion's ample b/fast you are sure of good hospitality at Cwmgwyn. The 400 year-old farmhouse, once a Welsh longhouse, then a Drover's Inn. has been remodelled and extended to offer large ensuite rooms with good facilities, roomy bathroom, and loads of hot water. We ate at the Kings Head in Llandovery..the only ones in the... More

Have stayed at Cwmgwyn Farm on two occasions in the past couple of years, and will return again! The views are fantastic with the farms cattle and sheep in fields just by the house so great to see when throwing open the curtains! Have stayed in the same room twice, which is spacious, and clean with all the facilities you... More
