Getting a warm cookie doesn't impress me. This Doubletree needs updated guest rooms. No outlets for laptops/smart phones. Corroded shower heads and tubs/tile in bathroom that are really showing wear and tear, poor temperature control (chilly room took all night to get from 66 to 72).
