Wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the pool too, but wow great hot breakfast wonderful lobby, friendly staff, free popcorn, great rooms. It is a long way from Downtown, however try Overton Square in Midtown, very lively bars too. Beale st is worth a visit but we also enjoyed midtown area and Main st Memphis.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in and the hotel was easy to find with good parking. This hotel is not within walking distance to Beale Street as the hotels.com rep indicated to me (unless you want to hoof it 2 miles). Stayed here 3rd to 8th April. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, helped with local knowledge and travel arrangements ie tram and buses. Hotel itself was clean and tidy. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choices, hot and cold. Couldn't fault this hotel. Well done to staff

Very old looking hotel, ranned down and in serious need of updating. Trash on my floor under the computer desk and trash left in the bathroom.
