We had a very nice experience at this Hyatt Place. The hotel smelled very nice and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and she arranged for a car service for us. We will definitely stay here again.

We've stayed in a different Hyatt before and thought this one would meet the same standard that the other one did. We were wrong :( When we arrived at the Hotel there was nobody at the reception for about 10 minutes and we had to wait. After the wait we had a very nice receptionist. In the evening we already... I did not actually stay here but I am leaving a five star review because we stopped in looking for a room but when we found out they did not have a pool, my son begged to go elsewhere. He was desperate for an outlet after so much time in the vehicle so we decided we would continue look for... More

My first time at this hotel for business. They have me a room on the second floor right next to the elevator. Talk about LOUD!!! I immediately asked to be moved to another room. Was told it might not be possible but they would try. An hour later, I was moved to another room on the fourth floor. This was... More

This hotel was the perfect location for my weekend stay. I wanted a convenient location close to Germantown, Midtown and St. Francis Hopsital. This was it. The hotel is very clean because the housekeeping staff does a great job. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the clean smell of the room. The staff in the lobby and bar... More

First the good - easy to get to, clean, nice people, good internet service, and a comfortable bed. The pet peeves - whomever designed the Hyatt Places obviously never does work on their computer while trying to watch a sporting event or show on TV because you cannot see the TV from the work desk - unless - you move... Stayed at Hyatt Place for the Liberty Bowl. The hotel room was clean and very spacious. There were two double beds and a sleeper sofa. The breakfast was also very good. The lobby was nice and the parking was conventient. A little far from downtwon but not too bad - probably a 20 minute trip in light traffic. We would... More

My boyfriend and I frequently meet in Memphis for weekend stays because it is the half-way point between where we live. We paid about $120 a night for this hotel with tax, and I thought it was pretty nice for the amount of money we spent. The hotel is showing some wear, but it looked clean and is located close... We stayed at the Hyatt Place for a brief getaway. The price was right and the facility great. The staff was friendly and competent. Our room was very comfortable and clean. There was a little dog in the next room, but she did not bother us at all. A buffet breakfast was provided that was a bit above the average... More

We only stayed overnight on our way to Louisiana for the holidays. I rated this very good due to the spacious rooms when traveling with children/family. We slept 5 very comfortably and I like that there is a divider in the room to create a "suite" like feel. They Hyatt could do a more modern update to the rooms to... More
