“DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL”

I booked this hotel 6 months ago only to receive an e-mail 3 days before our arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our reservation was canceled! I have left 9 voicemail messages for customer service managers "Gary" and "Don" over a 24 hour period to get an explanation and neither has returned my call! I called "corporate" Westin only... More
