We were so impressed with La Quinta in Memphis, Sycamore!! The rooms were EXTRA spacious, the bathroom was huge, and it was clean and quiet. We brought our two german shepards and they also loved the room! The staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant. We recommend this hotel greatly and would stay here again without question!! more

We went to Memphis for the 4th of July this year (7/2/08 - 7/6/08). We stayed at the LaQuinta on Macon Cove. This was a very nice place. The beds were incredible. Breakfast was good - complete with eggs and bacon/sausage! The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and most of the attractions were... more

Room was moldy and musty smelling. Possibly an old smoking room converted to non-smoking. Bathroom floor dirty. We received multiple bedbug or flea bites. Overpriced. Breakfast had variety but crowded and had to fight for tables and food out. Had to wait for them to put a spoonfull of warm food. more

We stayed there Aug 16th - 18th. The hotel itself was ok. The outside looked alright as well as the inside. We were advised by several people to becareful b/c of many break-ins that occur at hotels close the interstate, I will say that we never had any issues with car break in while we were there. But we didn't... more

We decided to stay an extra night in Memphis and wanted a nice and safe location. This was our first stay at a LaQuinta and found it very exceptable. Room was nice and clean and breakfast was good. The location had easy access to Memphis and would recommend! more

We stayed here on a trip from Miami, FL to Kansas! Honestly it was a really nice place and clean but really overpriced. Its an average room, a little bigger than most. I won't stay here again because I know there are just as nice places for about 35 cheaper. more

Loved it!!!!

I booked the room from the La Quinta website the night before after a lot of searching. I called a couple of times to ask some questions & the phone was always answered promplty. The attendant was VERY nice & helpful, Once we arrived, I just told them my name & they already had my paperwork & room ready. I... more

We chose this hotel for it's location. It was right off the highway and easy to get to. Several dining options are across the freeway. We stayed one night. Upon check in, the front desk person was very polite and informative. Our rooms, one king and one with two queens, were huge! Especially the king. They gave us adjoining rooms... more

We stayed at the LaQuinta Memphis/Sycamore View for one night in May 2006. We were very thankful it was for one night only. While the drive-up appeal of the hotel is inviting and nice-looking once you get to your room that disappears. Nothing seemed clean in the room - the sheets were wrinkly and rather worn. We wondered if someone... more
