The Madison is a true boutique hotel. In many places boutique is code for old and run-down, but not here. The property is well-maintained and is ultra-clean. “Bad start but excellent finish”

Upon arrival I was informed the Riverview room I'd booked wasn't available. The staff and eventually the manager were very professional and ultimately the booking miscommunication was resolved. The hotel is in an excellent location and is in walking distance to some good restaurants and Memphis happenings.
