Everyone (the staff) was so friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is perfect. A trolly ride will get you to areas of interest and cab rides are available as well. Very disappointing to begin second vacation at The Madison with mistakes at check-in. But all else was just as great as last visit. Staff top-notch (minus front-desk at check-in and manager at check-), of course. We spent more time on the roof than our room... champagne on arrival, again after dinners... and again for breakfast.
