If you think that the picture of the hotel is strange, that’s because it is. Basically it’s a multi-storey car park with rooms on top. But if you want a room in Downtown Memphis close to the action then forget about what it looks like and get down here. There is a pool up there on the ninth floor and... More

After reading many negative reviews we almost decided against staying here, but we found it fine. The location was great in that we could walk to all the downtown sights. Our room was large and clean; the beds comfortable. There was a nice pool area. Parking was a reasonable $10/ day with as many ins and outs as you want.... More

First of all, when we got to the hotel the receptionist that attended us didn't even look at my face. Secondly, when I gave her my booking she couldn't find it on the system and instead of talking to me she would tell her colleague, which I found a bit rude as I was waiting there like an idiot for... This is your standard Econo Lodge really, it's not as if they vary massively between cities. The room was pretty basic and not the cleanest you'll ever see. The downtown location was decent (5 - 10 minute walk to Beale St.) and the pool in the centre of the complex was a bonus. Where this hotel falls down is in... More

As 4 women traveling to Memphis for Elvis Week, we were worried about where to stay because we had heard such bad things about the downtown area. I can honestly say that we felt safe in this hotel and around the area. It did get a little more nerve racking at night when we were walking at night, but we... More

This was a horrible experience! Bad customer service, rooms were smelly and old. Hotel charged bogus additional charges. It has been over a month and the money has still not been returned. I have been waiting for a "check to arrive in the mail". Do not stay at this location.

We had reservations for here, but when we got there and went to room, somebody was already in it! Back down to clerk, he checked to see if people had been put in wrong room. Nope! Checked 2 other rooms, but they were occupied. So we had no room! Clerk was very apologetic and called Sleep Inn, that was 2... More

The hotel is idealy located in the downtown area and for that matter the price is very much acceptable. When you get to the hotel the check - in area is on the ground floor next to the entrance to the car park. The rooms however are not on the ground floor, but start a few floors up. The breakfast...
