My husband, my daughter and I stayed one night and that was too long!! When we checked in, No Customer Service skills at all! I had to ask if she wanted to see my credit card to confirm my reservation! We ride the oldest and nastiest elevator EVER to our room, and as we get off the elevator, the smell... More

Don't judge a book by it' cover but it gives you a clue. Located just minutes walk from the famous Beale Street you'll find Econo Lodge. Our first impression was "GET ME OUT OF THIS DUMP"! The reception was filthy and the staff were very uninterested and couldn't crack a smile if their life depended on it! It felt more... More

This was the only hotel available downtown so I took it. This was a bad mistake. I don't remember making a reservation for a smoking room, but that is what we got. It was like sleeping in a smelly ashtray and made me sick to my stomach. I did not spend one extra second than I had to in this... More

My husband and I stayed for two nights when we came to town for the NCAA tournament. We knew this was a very busy weekend and we wanted to stay downtown, and the Econo Lodge was the only place that wasn't completely booked for the weekend. We knew we weren't in for a 5-star experience, but told ourselves that as... More

Good location for the price. That is all that is good. There was hair on the sheets, the carpet smelled like mold, it looked like something large died in the pool. There isn't a vent in the bathroom, just a hole cut in the ceiling that leads to anyone's guess and parking ramp had bags of garbage just laying around.

I enjoy my stay. The location was great. The room was spacious and clean. My husband and I will return again but bringing my family and friends the next time. Great! Great! Location. Wonderful beds. We was on a short vacation and we enjoyed every second of it.

My family and I Stopped over for a night on a trip around the southern states. While the hotel is in need of a complete refurb, the price would then be more comparable with other hotels in the area so you get what you pay for! Overall, the hotel is in a great location with parking and the staff are... More

Booked this hotel online & I believed it would be ok considering it's a budget hotel. Walked into the lobby & it was old & very dusty. The staff were friendly but lacked passion. Walked into the room to find a very bland, old & partially dirty room. Couldn't even spend the night & left immediately. I would only recommend... More
